Required Documents
Prospective Partners will complete an IRCA Partnership form (T909) with the following documentation in English:
• Business License
• Government documentation showing ownership
• Organization chart
• CV of senior management personnel
• Evidence of experience in delivering related training courses, and in particular, IRCA certified course previously, if any
• Official declaration of previous associations with other ATPs (Dates/ATP names)
• Documentation of the firs tutor to be qualified (see below)
FAQ'S
The CQI | IRCA vetting process will usually take 1.5-3 months. Documentation adequacy plays a key role in this process.
The minimum requirement is lead auditor status in a particular discipline. Per CQI | IRCA requirements, it will be the achievement of an CQI | IRCA certified lead auditor course certificate, plus 35 days of audit experience. Tutor qualification is standard specific.
Yes, prospective tutors have to go through the same process. However we have a risk-based approach and it is possible to reduce the witnessing required, subject to evidence of competence collected.
No, Due to conflict of interest. This is prohibited by CQI| IRCA.
This is a partner decision however it should be noted that tutor qualification is resource consuming on both sides. CQI | IRCA requires all tutors to deliver a minimum of two courses per year in order to maintain their competence.
